Our Cabernet Franc is is deeply colored, medium bodied. Opens with strawberries, red plum and blackberries with a hint of bell pepper. The wine is savory with medium-high acidity and mouthwatering taste which makes it an ideal food pairing wine. ONLY 120 cases produced.
Our Malbec is intense and full bodied with great balance and fine tannins. Nuances of violets, blackberry, blueberry and pomegranate are balanced by light oak vanillin. Enjoy on its own or pair with beef brisket, lean red meats and blue cheeses.
